How it works

Around the fifties, the change isn't only lines. It's volume.
The face reads a little hollower, and the lines that were fine now
have some depth to them.

This is the most loaded formula in the Active Age range.

THE PEPTIDE

Tripeptide-38 — a peptide, meaning a short chain of amino acids
that works as a signal your skin already knows how to read. It's
the same peptide in the lightest cream in the range, but here it
sits in a much richer base and alongside far more support.

THE AMINO ACIDS

Eleven of them: arginine, glycine, proline, isoleucine, threonine,
valine, serine, alanine, histidine, aspartic acid and
phenylalanine. The mix mirrors the composition of the proteins
skin is already built from.

This is what separates Filler from the rest of the line. No other
cream in the range carries it.

THE HYALURONIC ACID

Four molecular sizes, including micromolecular — the smallest.
Hyaluronic acid binds water and swells, so skin looks plumper and
lines look softer. Multiple sizes means that happens at more than
one level of the surface rather than all in one place.

THE BASE

Ceramides AP, NP and EOP, plus cholesterol and phytosphingosine —
the lipid types skin makes naturally, in roughly the proportions
it makes them. Argan oil, shea butter and squalane nourish.
Vitamin A and vitamin E round it out.

It's a liquid-crystal texture, so despite everything in it, the
cream still sinks in rather than sitting on top.

WHAT 28 DAYS LOOKED LIKE

20 women aged 50 to 60 used the serum and cream together on face
and neck, twice a day, for 28 consecutive days.

    90%  said their skin felt firmer

THE SCENT

Violet and warm argan at the center. Peach, coconut and orange to
open; sandalwood, cedarwood, lily of the valley and jasmine
through the middle; white musk, amber and vanilla to finish.

Worth knowing: this one is fragranced, and the fragrance contains
declared allergens — hexyl cinnamal, linalool and limonene. If you
prefer no fragrance, the Sensiderm line is the better fit.

ABOUT THE FORMULA

Dermatologically tested. PEG-free. Free from mineral oils,
petroleum derivatives, synthetic colorants, added parabens and
alcohol.

Made in Italy by Dermophisiologique, a certified B Corporation
since 2015.

Morning and night, on clean skin.

Warm a small amount between your fingers, then work it in with
light circular movements — start at the center of your face and
move upward and outward toward the sides. Neck included.

A NOTE ON VITAMIN A
This formula contains retinyl palmitate, a gentle cosmetic form of
vitamin A. Wear sunscreen during the day — good practice generally,
and especially here.

At 50 ml used twice daily, a jar lasts about two months.
