Shipping & Returns Policy
Normal order processing can take between 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).
The following shipping methods are available:
All orders are shipped Fedex 2nd Days Express (2-3 Business Days)
At checkout you will also be able to choose the UPS Next day Delivery option (1 Business Day).
Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method.
Currently, we only ship to U.S. Territories. We cannot ship to Canada or other international addresses.
- For orders below $99 - Standard $5 flat rate shipping
- For orders above $100 - Free Shipping
For any online purchase made on or after January 1, 2020, purchases will follow the following policy:
- 0 - 60 days* from purchase date, your return will be processed as a refund, back to the original form of payment.
- 60 - 180 days from purchase date, returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit does not have cash value and cannot be refunded.
- 180+ days from purchase date, returns will not be accepted.
All returns are processed within 2-4 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
How to Return:
Please go to the 'contact us' page and send us a message telling us why you would like to return the product. We will then email you a return label.
We offer complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return.
- We only accept gently used bottles
- We do not accept empty bottles
- Partially returned kits will be reimbursed as a store credit. In order to receive a refund on a kit, all products in the kit must be returned.
- If you have purchased Dermophisiologique's products from one of our authorized resellers, please contact that retailer for return or exchange information. Returns from other resellers like Amazon will not be accepted.
- Cash refunds are not available.
