Order Processing
Normal order processing can take between 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).
The following shipping methods are available:
All orders are shipped Fedex 2nd Days Express (2-3 Business Days)
At checkout you will also be able to choose the UPS Next day Delivery option (1 Business Day).
Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method.
Currently, we only ship to U.S. Territories. We cannot ship to Canada or other international addresses.
Shipping Rates:
- For orders below $125 - Standard $8 flat rate shipping
- For orders above $125 - Free Shipping
Return Policy
To return an item(s), please go to the 'contact us' page and send us a message telling us why you would like to return the product. One of our customer service representatives will respond to your message and help process your return for orders within 14 days of purchase date. When you return your purchase within 14 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment for the price of the item(s). Items received more than 14 days after purchase date may not be returned. Return label expenses will be subtracted from the refund amount.
IMPORTANT: We only accept gently used bottles. We do not accept empty bottles. Partially returned kits will not be reimbursed. In order to receive a refund on a kit, all products in the kit must be returned. If you have purchased Dermophisiologique's products from one of our authorized resellers, please contact that retailer for return or exchange information. Cash refunds are not available.
